The many printing techniques used in the printing industry often require the use of toxic or explosive substances, which, when released into the atmosphere, can make the work environment unhealthy and dangerous. Airborne pollutants can also compromise the quality of the printing process. For example, in the processing of food packaging, these may negatively affect the hygiene of the final product.
Thanks to our experience, we can design and build specific air extraction, treatment and filtration systems for the printing industry. We provide "turnkey" solutions that comply with the main applicable standards (Consolidated Law on Safety at Work 81/2008, Consolidated Law on the Environment 152/2006, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) and, if necessary, we certify our systems in accordance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU if these are to be used in explosive environments. In air treatment systems for the printing industry, we can also design and install solvent removal systems based on burning (after-burner) or catalytic oxidation processes. Our systems can be equipped with heat recovery systems to reduce production costs. Most of the requests we receive are for the following systems:
Montes: the system realization phases
We have not standard solutions and we design and build customised systems.
We operate in accordance with the UNI ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard.
We organize the work site completely autonomously, installing any temporary works.
Our after-sales service provides assistance to Customers in problem solving. From the maintenance of their systems to the staff training.
