we design and build customised systems

Preliminary meetings with Customer are arranged to better understand their specific needs and then a technical and economic proposal is drafted, based on our 40 years of experience and expertise.
Executive production takes place once the order is confirmed.
During this stage, the inspection criteria for validation of all the specifications agreed upon with the Customer are also established.

We operate in accordance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard.
We use CAD 2D (AutoCAD®), CAD 3D (Catia V5® and SolidWorks®) systems, specific software and calculation sheets developed by us for aeraulical and structural dimensioning of the system and its components.
Our designs comply with current regulatory standards (Machines Directive, ATEX Directive, PED Directive, etc.) and we rely on external technical consultants in the case of particularly complex projects, or projects that require special knowledge or calculations.

The design stage is carried out in compliance with a specific procedure, which also includes a Project Review.
The entire design process is computerised, rendering registration, availability and sharing of information among the various company departments timely.
